KVSC celebrates its 50th anniversary with a Minnesota-Americana concert!
The night of Americana music is Saturday, June 10 at the Pioneer Place Theatre in St. Cloud. Tickets can be ordered online HERE.
Dead Man Winter is a group led by Dave Simonett, best known as one of the founding members of the progressive bluegrass group Trampled by Turtles.
This concert supports his latest critically acclaimed release Furnace that was recorded at Pachyderm Studios. It's a personal album reflecting on the end of his marriage and the process of moving forward.
The Cactus Blossoms are fronted by brothers Jack and Page who deliver an old soul, vintage sound in lyrics and style as only siblings can do.
Their album You're Dreaming gained national attention for its harmonies and emotional depth. They're swinging into St. Cloud fresh off their European tour.
The show begins at 7:30 p.m. at the historic Pioneer Place Theatre and is hosted by KVSC in celebration of 50 years of broadcasting at St. Cloud State University.
This concert is funded in part by the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Legacy Fund.
