Drivers who commute by westbound 2nd Street North and southbound 9th/10th Avenue North should know that the roadway will be reduced to one lane driving Friday.

The St. Cloud City Engineering Department says eastbound traffic on 2nd Street North will be detoured to 12th Avenue North/St. Germain Street.

The Engineering Department adds closures are needed to resurface the road.

Construction should be finished the same day with weather permitting.
