Police arrested a 48-year-old St. Cloud man after an alleged assault on the 1900 block of Knollwood Circle in St. Cloud. It happened at around 6:30 Monday night. Police say someone from the home called 911 and hung up. When officers went to the home to check things out, they discovered 48-year-old Milo Stubblefield had assaulted a 39-year-old victim. Stubblefield was arrested for felony domestic assault by strangulation. He’s being held for court in the Stearns County Jail.
