FARGO, N.D. (AP) – Police in Fargo say a body that was found outside a recreational vehicle store in Moorhead, Minnesota, is likely that of a missing college student.

Fargo Police Chief Keith Ternes tells KFGO-AM the clothing matches that of North Dakota State University student Tom Bearson.

Bearson, of Sartell, Minnesota, was last seen at a party about 3 a.m. Saturday.

NDSU on Sunday reported on its website that the freshman nursing student was missing and asked the public for information on his whereabouts.

Bearson was a standout basketball player at Sartell High School.
