A New Policy That Could Rename Buildings At SCSU

A new policy has been approved to rename buildings at St Cloud State University.
SCSU Interim President Ashish Vaidya says there was nothing he could do when he received a request from a Professor to change the name of Building 51. At the time there were no policies in place that would allow that change to be made. But now the Presidents Council has approved a new policy and they have created a Naming Proposal Form
So far the only official request is to rename the building Ruby Cora Webster Hall, after the first documented African-American to Graduate from St. Cloud Normal School, Now St Cloud State University.
