Authorities said Earnest Carlstrom resisted arrest and showed signs of intoxication. Carlstrom was arrested on charges for Fleeing Police in a Motor Vehicle, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Driving After Cancellation, and Driving Under the Influence.
