Archived: Absentee Voting For Commissioner District 5 Begins Saturday

Voting for the special election for the Commissioner District 5 primary begins next Tuesday, November 19th.

Stearns County Auditor-Treasurer Randy Schreifels wants to remind voters that absentee voting begins this Saturday at the Clerk’s Office at the City of Melrose. Absentee voters can cast their ballots at the Clerk’s Office from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Saturday.

The City of Melrose was added as an absentee ballot location because the fifth District is primarily located in the western part of Stearns County.

The Stearns County Administration Building will be accepting absentee ballots next Monday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday the 18th is the last day for absentee voting.
