Archived: Absentee Voting For District 5 Commissioner Open For Extended Hours

Stearns County Auditor-Treasurer Randy Schreifels wants to remind District 5 voters, polls will be open extra hours for absentee voting in Melrose and St. Cloud.

Residents may cast their absentee ballots in downtown St. Cloud at the Courthouse Square in the County Administration Building Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Citizens of District 5 may also turn in their absentee ballots during normal office hours at the Melrose City Clerk’s Office from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  The City Clerk’s Office will also be open Saturday, January 25th until 3:00 p.m.

The last day to vote via absentee ballot is Monday, January 27th for the District 5 Commissioner election that will be held on Tuesday, January 28th.
