Alcohol & Tobacco Compliance Failures

The St. Cloud Police Department completed a series of alcohol and tobacco compliance checks at area businesses on July 31. Two businesses out of 79 with liquor licenses checked served alcohol to minors, they are McRudy's Pub in downtown St. Cloud and the Boulder Ridge Golf Course. Meanwhile, 56 businesses were checked on selling tobacco to minors, and four failed. Those businesses include J.M. Speed Stop at two locations, 2nd Street South and East St. Germain, along with Mac Daddy's on Clearwater Road and Vuke's on Roosevelt Road.
