Area School District Seeking Input On Superintendent Search
12/13/2012 - 10:30 AM
The St. Cloud Area School District 742 is seeking the public’s help in hiring a new superintendent.
The District 742 Board of Education has hired School Exec Connect, a superintendent search firm to assist with the search for a new superintendent. School Exec Connect consultants will meet with board members, school staff, parents, students and community members in the next couple of weeks to determine what characteristics or skills one would like to see in a superintendent.
A Community Input Session will be held on Tuesday, December 18th at 10 am at the Whitney Senior Center in the Herberger Room, and at 7 pm at the Apollo High School Resource Center. This session is open to all staff and community members.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to give confidential written feedback to the consultants online.
By using the information gathered, they will develop a profile of desired skills and characteristics for the next superintendent.
