Arrest Made After Choking Incident

A 20-year-old Waite Park man was arrested at his home Sunday morning for allegedly choking his girlfriend. Police say it happened on the 600 block of Pinewood Court just before midnight Saturday night. The 20-year-old female victim told Waite Park Police she was attacked by Dylan Monroe.
