Avon Girl Hurt in Rollover Crash

A 17-year-old Avon girl is injured after rolling her car in Avon Township. It happened Wednesday morning on County Road 54 near Tower Road. Isabella Platenberg was driving westbound when she hit the gravel shoulder, overcorrected, and lost control of the car, which rolled into the ditch. Platenberg was taken to the Albany hospital.
