Rainfall in central Minnesota is going to be worse than usual in the next few days with storms possibly producing hail or heavy rainfall.

St. Cloud State University meteorology professor Bob Weisman says the second wave of thunderstorms will roll in late Tuesday which could bring local flooding and straight line wind damage.

The highest chance for impact will be Wednesday late in the day. This risk will be even higher in the areas already hit Tuesday.

More information on the storms, including links to radar maps can be found at Weisman's weather page.
