A man is dead after being found floating and unresponsive in Eagle Lake on July 4th.
According to the sheriff's report, Sherburne County Deputies were called to the 23000 block of 188th Street in Orrock Township for two people in Eagle lake floating and unresponsive. When Deputies arrived, they administered CPR to 46-year-old Daniel Peterson of Big Lake. Peterson’s sister, 49-year-old Kris Biser was breathing on her own after neighbors rendered first aid.

Biser witnessed the fall and attempted to help her brother by running into the water. Biser was also electrocuted and was unconscious.
