Archived: Bob Weisman Predicts Snow To Miss St. Cloud

A winter storm these next few days could be very difficult for traffic and commuters in some parts of Minnesota.

Meteorology Professor at St. Cloud State University Bob Weisman says central Minnesota will not see much snow Wednesday night. Any snow that will accumulate in central Minnesota will be on the northern and southern parts getting 1-3 inches, missing St. Cloud.

Weisman says to expect freezing drizzle late Wednesday. This will make driving Thursday morning slippery and icy.

Temperatures are expected to sink, any drizzle or snow could turn to ice. Travel conditions are expected to be difficult so KVSC reminds you to drive with caution.
