Breakfast Club Held At Stearns County Museum Will Address Women In World War II

The Breakfast Club will gather at the Stearns History Museum on Wednesday, October 10th. For this month, Dr. Lloyd Peterson will address many things that were typically not taught in history class about World War II, including the involvement of women in the war and their experiences.
Dr. Lloyd Peterson received his Master’s degree in World War II History and has done extensive research on women’s experiences during this war in a project known as “Women in World War II: Putting Together the Pieces.”
The Breakfast Club is a monthly meeting where history fans get together and listen to a speaker that presents a program that is educational, entertaining and memorable.
The event is free for members and $5 for non-members. The event will begin at 9 a.m.
