Eating caramels while biking is possible at the 15th annual Caramel Roll Ride along the Lake Wobegon Trail Saturday.

Stearns County says riders will start in Albany at 8 a.m. and travel north toward Holdingford and Bowlus, west to Freeport and Melrose, or east to Avon, Collegeville and St. Joseph.

The western trail features a tour of the Wispering Oaks Winery and an extra one and a half mile ride to the Hemker Zoo in Freeport.
