St. Cloud police were called to a crash on 9th Avenue South Wednesday evening near Highway 23. 59 year-old St. Cloud resident Abdihamid Hassan Hirsi was driving northbound when another car swerved into his lane. To avoid hitting the other car Hirsi swerved off to the right and hit the guard rail.

Hirsi’s two passengers, a 46-year-old and a 12-year-old, were taken to St. Cloud Hosptial where they were treated for minor injuries that they received from their seat belts.
