Crash Sends Two To Hospital, Closes Road Temporarily

The northbound lane of 9th Avenue North was temporarily shut down Tuesday afternoon after two St. Cloud residents were involved in a crash.St. Cloud Police were called to the crash at 9th Avenue North and Northway Drive.
They found that 48-year-old Abdinasir Dadow Abib of St. Cloud did not yield the right of way while making a left turn in his vehicle. Dadow’s vehicle hit another vehicle driven by 22-year-old Hannah Jean Dornbusch of St. Cloud.
Both Abib and Dornbusch were taken to the St. Cloud Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Abib was cited for a right of way violation.
