Downtown St. Cloud Construction Update

Downtown St. Cloud drivers, KVSC has another construction update for you. Beginning at 8:00 pm Wednesday, highway 23 will be closed east of 5th Avenue to the Mississippi River for about 3 weeks. Drivers will be detoured using 5th Avenue and 1st Street South back to 4th Avenue South.
