Driver Runs Red Light, Causes Accident

St. Cloud Police responded to a car accident at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and East St. Germain Saturday evening at 4:30. Police say a car driven by 31-year- old Tomas Metter of St. Cloud was going through the intersection and hit a car driven by 65-year-old Richard Nelson of St. Cloud. Officers also say that a witness told them Metter ran a red light. Metter was ticketed for the violation. No one was injured by the accident.
