Fire Simulations Held This Week at SCSU

Saint Cloud State students, if you see fire trucks and firefighters outside Holes Hall this week, it’s probably not a real emergency. The Saint Cloud Fire Department will be conducting “high rise” training in the nine-story building on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday of this week.
Firefighters will receive hands-on training in various firefighting scenarios. SCSU has hosted such training sessions in the past and is participating again this year to give the fire department an opportunity to practice on one of the tallest buildings in the area.
