Five Arrested After Loud Party

St. Cloud Police arrested five and cited eight others Tuesday night after being called to the 700 Block of 14th Avenue South for reports of a loud party.
The party was found to be in violation of the city’s noise ordinance.
The five renters, 22-year-old Blakely John Brush, 21-year-old Derek James Strand, 21-year-old Kentrel Danta Davis, 21-year-old Blake Daniel-Leonard Biegler, and 21-year-old Benjamin Nicholas Kath were arrested and charged with a loud party noise violation and violation of the social host ordinance.
Eight other people were cited for underage consumption and released.
