Free Health Fair

The Southside Boys and Girls Club in St. Cloud is hosting a free Health Fair from 6-8p.m. Friday night. Create CommUnity is supporting the project aimed at addressing the gap in health care access for communities of color.
If you attend, you'll learn about community health resources, promote preventative health and other vendors to serve diverse community members.
The Health Fair was created with the Community Health Worker project to promote effective awareness and access for many in the Somali community and health professionals.
