Free Native Skywatchers Workshop at St. Cloud State University

Have you ever wondered about the night sky in relation to constellations? How about from the Native American perspective?

St. Cloud State University is offering a free workshop on Monday called "Native Skywatchers." The sessions are being led by Physics professor Annette Lee, Director of the American Indian Center Jim Knutson-Kolodzne and artist Jeff Tibbetts.

Workshop organizers say they will present native star and earth knowledge in an arts, science and culture hands-on day.

The workshop is from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the American Indian Center at SCSU and is free to attend. Lunch and workbooks are included.
