Geringhoff Manufacturing and Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation are held a press conference Tuesday at the former facilities of Donlin Company located at 3405 East Energy Drive.

The state will provide Geringhoff with a $500,000 loan. Geringhoff CEO Daniel Hansmeier says St. Cloud will be a foundation to create an even larger presence across North America.

The German-based company was established 1880 in Germany and specializes in harvesting equipment.
