Archived: GNTC Has Cast For Its Fall Show

The Great Northern Theatre Company has its cast for their fall dinner theatre show, Lend Me a Tenor.

The show is set in September 1934. Saunders, who’s the general manager of the Cleveland Grand Opera Company, is ready to welcome Tito Morelli, known as Il Stupendo, the greatest tenor of his generation, to appear for one night only as Otello. Tito is late and through a lot of crazy events, is given two doses of tranquilizers. He passes out and in panic, Saunders talks Max into pretending to be Otello.

The show is directed by actor and director, Heather Mastromarco. Some of the cast includes Mark Reber from St. Joseph. Jessica Sherer as Maggie. Brad Busse, a veteran actor, will play Saunders. Tito will be played by Randy Soltis while Patricia Soltis joins him as Julia. Margie Bailey ends the cast list as Diana and Matthew Tuomi will be the bellhop.

The show will begin on November 9th going till the 11th and then start again on the 15th and go until the 18th.
