Highway 23 Closure

Be advised that beginning Monday, July 20th Highway 23 will be closed from Wilson Avenue to Lincoln Avenue. Closure will allow crews to reconstruct the Wilson Avenue intersection. This work will include water main, storm sewer, curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing, lighting, and a new signal system.
Motorists using Highway 23 will be detoured onto Lincoln Avenue to 1st Street North. Wilson Avenue will remain open during this work. Work will be completed by early November.
