Highway 71 to I-94 Detour Begins Monday

Drivers travelling into Sauk Centre will experience temporary traffic changes starting on Monday, July 23rd while crews do maintenance work on the Highway 71 Bridge. Crews will repair the bridge deck, replace guard rail and repair the approaches to the Highway 71 Bridge.
The project is set be to complete by late September if weather is permitting. The left turn lane from northbound Highway 71 to westbound I-94 will be closed and a detour will be posted.
Drivers are asked to always drive with caution, slowdown in work zones and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.
