Larry Logeman is the winner of the 2015 St. Cloud area small business owner of the year award.

In 2005 he purchased Executive Express. Executive Express was a small company providing shuttle service from St. Cloud to Minneapolis- St. Paul International Airport. Logeman had aspirations to turn it into the leading airport shuttle. To achieve his goals he had to increase the size of the business and update its technology.

Soon Executive Express was transformed into a 24-hour company that not only took orders by phone but also online. By 2009 the company had increased its daily airport runs to 10 and expanded its service to 40 cities. It did take a beating from the recession but Logeman used personal finances to help keep the business from sinking. In 2012 he doubled the size of the company’s St. Cloud office in order to include a maintenance bay.

Logeman and other award winners will be honored at the Chamber’s Business Awards Luncheon on May 7 at noon at the Holiday Inn and Suites in St. Cloud. There is a small fee to attend the event.
