Level Three Sex Offender Moving To Sauk Rapids Next Week

A level three sex offender is moving to Sauk Rapids next week.
According to the Sauk Rapids Police, 30-year-old Dagan Michael Larsart is moving back to Sauk Rapids on Saturday, November 17th.
Larsart has served his sentence for first degree burglary, however during the 2003 burglary Larsart attempted to sexually assault a woman.
A level three sex offender is one that is most likely to re-offend again.
A community notification meeting has been set for Monday, November 19th at the Sauk Rapids Council Chambers.
