The Central Minnesota Arts Board is announcing a new Program Officer. Heather Allen has been selected for the position after serving seven years as a Teaching Artist, as well as administrative and programming experience to the CMAB.

Allen will provide assistance in development, delivery and evaluation of CMAB programs. The Program Officer also manages programs such as Artist in Residency grants, Arts in Education-Legacy grants and Individual Artist Awards.
