A bicyclist ran into a school bus filled with children in St. Cloud Tuesday morning.

St. Cloud Police Sergeant Jason Burke says the bus, driven by a 67-year-old man from Cushing, was turning onto 30th Avenue from 12th Street North when a biker ran into the side.

Burke adds the 16-year-old cyclist was traveling west on the sidewalk of 12th Street North before he came in contact with the bus.

None of the 34 passengers on the bus were injured. However, the biker was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

The students were then taken to a different bus and left the scene.

Burke says no charges are pending.
