From 2006-2008 in Minnesota, almost 26,000 young adults, ages 21-24, were arrested for DWI. In that same time period, 70 young adults were killed and another 200 were seriously injured in alcohol-related traffic crashes.
The enforcement effort started on August 21st and runs thru September 7th.
