Police Arrest Man In Connection To December Burglary

In Late December, St. Cloud Police were called to a burglary at the SuperAmerica on 32nd Avenue North.
The suspect had forced entry into the business and stole several items inside. This past Tuesday, St. Cloud Police along with Waite Park Police, took 20-year-old Aaron James Braun into custody during an incident at the Motel 6 in Waite Park.
Officers with the St. Cloud Burglary Task Force and Criminal Investigations Unit performed a search warrant on the room Braun had been staying in and his vehicle. Through the search warrant, evidence was found and seized that ties Braun to the SuperAmerica Burglary.
Braun is currently being held at the Stearns County Jail pending charges of 3rd Degree Burglary and Receiving Stolen Property.
