On Monday night St. Cloud Police were called to the 200 block of 3rd Avenue Northeast for a gun complaint. According to the police report 38-year-old Robert Lee Wolbeck had pushed his way into the residence and attempted to assault a 52-year-old from St. Cloud with a baseball bat.

The victim was not injured during the time of the incident but it appeared Wolbeck may have sustained an injury to his head from a fight that had occurred inside the kitchen. Wolbeck fled the scene prior to the officer’s arrival.
