Richfield Man Arrested After Threatening Two People With A Knife

On Monday afternoon St. Cloud Police were called to the 3000 block of West St. Germain for a verbal argument.
According to the police report, 26-year-old Paul Daniel Cantin of Richfield had threatened two people inside an apartment with a knife. The two victims were both 18, one from Staples and the other from St. Cloud. Cantin was found a short distance away and was arrested for 2nd degree assault.
No one was injured as a result of the incident and Cantin was booked and released from the Stearns County Jail pending a long form complaint.
