Road Closures Downtown

As more road work continues in St. Cloud, motorists should note the intersection of 4th Street and 9th Avenue to Saint Germain Street will be closed for construction on the Lake George Bridge starting night. The road is closing at 6:00p.m. until 5:30a.m. on Thursday. The same closure will happen Thursday at 6:00p.m.into Friday morning. This is part of the re-vamping of Highway 23 from Washington Memorial Drive to the Mississippi River project.
The intersection of 8th Avenue and 1st Street is also closed until early October for planned construction. Local businesses and City/Church parking along 1st Street will still have access from northbound 9th/10th Avenue only during the day and southbound access at night.
