The campus celebration of Dia de Los Muertos begins Tuesday and will be hosted by M.E.Ch.A and Multicultural Student Services. Festivities begin at 2:00 pm in the Atwood Theatre Lounge.

Dia de Los Muertos is a traditional Aztec ceremony honoring the dead, and is practiced and celebrated in Mexico and many parts of the United States. An altar will be set up in the Atwood Lounge immediately after the ceremony where you can make an offering to the dead. The altars will stay up until Friday afternoon.
