Drivers traveling along Highway 23 will run into delays between County Road 1 and Highway 95 east of St. Cloud.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation says both directions of Highway 23 will be reduced to single lane driving from sunrise to sunset Monday. However, no closures will take place over the Labor Day holiday.

Lane closures are needed so crews can resurface the road.

MnDOT adds the project is set to be completed mid-September weather permitting.
