Self Defense Safety Awareness

The Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office Range and Training Center presents a class in Self Defense Safety Awareness, available to anyone. The class will be on Wednesday, September 23rd from 6:00-9:00p.m. It will cost twenty five dollars per student. The class will cover self-defense techniques that really work, and common sense preventative measures to incorporate into your lifestyle. You will learn how to punch and kick correctly, escape from being grabbed, and other techniques. The class is designed to give the basic knowledge and skills to help deal with a potential attack.
