Archived: Snow Could Fall in Central Minnesota As Extreme Weather Continues

As the wet and chilly weather persists, snow will be added to the mix in central Minnesota.

St. Cloud State meteorology professor Bob Weisman says the first light accumulation of snow could occur later on Wednesday as rain will mix with wet snow in the late afternoon.

Since temperatures will be freezing later on Wednesday night, snow could build up to an inch overnight.

People with arthritis or weather-related pains should be careful when outside as extreme chilly winds continue to hit the area and pressure continues to change.
