Archived: St. Cloud Area Skating Rinks Now Open

The St. Cloud Park and Recreation department has officially announced multiple skating rinks now open for skating.

Those rinks include: Schmidt Park, Rotary West Park, Seberger Park, Southwood Heights Park, Rolling Ridge Park, Centennial Park, Raymond Park, Talahi School and Lake George.

Centennial Park, Raymond Park, Rolling Ridge Park and Rotary West park are open for both hockey and pleasure skating.  

Lake George, Southwood Heights and Seberger Park are open only to pleasure skating.  Schmidt Park and Talahi School are open only to hockey skating.

The Lake George Warming Shelter will be open Monday through Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. As well as 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.  Free ice skates are available at this location.

The Southside Park Shelter will be open for hockey skating open and free ice skates will be available. That park will be open Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm, as well as Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
