Downtown St. Cloud drivers, KVSC has another detour update to report. The closed bridge detour route is different as of Tuesday morning. 4th Avenue is now closed so workers can pave and stripe the road, as well as install the center median.

Eastbound traffic on Highway 23 will be detoured at 5th Avenue South to First Street, and then to 4th Avenue South. Traffic on the westbound Highway 23 detour will follow the revised detour at 1st Street South to 5th Avenue South, and then to Division Street.

This closure will remain in effect until the Granite City Crossing opens to traffic in early November.
