St. Cloud City Council To Discuss Rules For 18-20 Year Olds In Bars

The St. Cloud City Council will be holding a regular council meeting on Monday, February 25th. Among some of the topics that will be discussed, a public hearing has been set for a new ordinance that could affect bar owners.
KVSC’s Jo McMullen Boyer recently spoke with St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis about what this new ordinance could mean for everyone.

The public hearing set to last from 6:20 to 6:50 p.m. will regard specifically the ordinance amending Section 810:30 of the 2007 Code of Ordinances of the City of St. Cloud entitled, "Conditions of License" by adding a new Subdivision 15 entitled, "Underage Presence in Licensed Premises". Another ordinance amending Chapter 810 of the 2007 Code of Ordinances of the City of St. Cloud entitled, "Intoxicating Liquor", by amending Section 810:07 entitled, "Penalties for Violations" will be discussed.
