St. Cloud Man Arrested After 911 Hang-Up Call

A 20-year-old St. Cloud man was arrested Tuesday morning after allegedly trying to strangle his girlfriend. St. Cloud Police were called to 3314 Park Drive after a 911 hang-up call from the residence around 8 a.m..
Police arrested Marquise Aaron James Joyner on charges of domestic assault by strangulation. He is being held in the Stearns County Jail for court.
