Police Nab St. Cloud Man in Garage Burglary

A St. Cloud man is in jail after a homeowner discovered him his garage Wednesday night. 23-year-old Zachary Jay Haaf was arrested by St. Cloud Police around 8:30 Tuesday night in the 600 block of 11th Avenue North.
Police say Haaf entered a detached garage and was going through two vehicles when the owner of the garage interrupted him. Haaf fled the scene and was followed by the owner until police arrived. Haaf is being held in the Stearns County Jail for charges of 3rd Degree Burglary.
