St. Cloud Man Arrested After Breaking Into An Apartment Building

On Sunday afternoon St. Cloud Police were called to the 10th block of Rivercrest Drive for a burglary.
The victim, a 41-year-old woman from St. Cloud told police that her ex-boyfriend, 51-year-old James Srok of St. Cloud had entered her apartment without permission while she was there. Police discovered that Srok had entered the apartment by cutting open a screen and tried to steel beer while inside. Srok left before officers arrived but that located in the apartment building.
Srok was arrested and was taken to the Stearns County Jail where he is being held on charges of 1st degree burglary and damage to property.
