A St. Cloud man is in jail after being arrested on felony theft charges. At about noon on Tuesday, St. Cloud Police were called to the 10 block of 7th Avenue South for a theft. Investigation found that 20-year-old Billy Joe Sinclair ran out of a business with a large display case of merchandise. The value of the merchandise was estimated to be over five-thousand dollars. The display case and most of the merchandise inside were found near the business.

Sinclair was found in the 1300 block of West St. Germain St where he was arrested and the remainder of the stolen merchandise was found.
