St. Cloud Man Arrested After Threatening Officers

Early this morning officers from the St. Cloud Police Department and the Minnesota State Patrol were attempting to help a man who was passed out on the sidewalk.
According to the police report, 31-year-old Hector Marroquin-Aragon of St. Cloud attempted to punch an officer in the face and made multiple threats to kill the officer and the officer’s family.
Aragon is being held in the Stearns County Jail pending charges of 4th degree assault, terroristic threats, obstructing the legal process and disorderly conduct.
